What was your favorite moment from the wedding day?
Seeing Sara walk down the aisle for the first time. Honestly, I was choking back tears as we held hands in front of the altar.
How did you feel when you first saw everything come together at the venue?
Absolutely incredible! The pavilion has all bases covered as a stage for the perfect wedding.
Was there a part of the planning process that stood out as especially enjoyable or memorable for you?
Definitely picking the food and drink menu. The menu tasting prior to the wedding was a wonderful introduction to what the Disney wedding culinary team is capable of.
What was the most unexpected or pleasantly surprising part of your wedding day?
During our reception at the Seas Lounge, the divers were viewable from the windows. While the wedding party was dancing, the divers decided to join in on the fun with aqua-based moves of their own! Such an unexpected and fun surprise!
How did your family and friends react to the overall experience and design of your wedding?
All the feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests saying it was one of the most magnificent events they’ve ever attended.
Were there any personal touches or details that felt particularly meaningful to you?
Our guest book and bridesmaid lanterns. We had crafted both of these ourselves and opted for a vinyl record as a guest book and bridesmaid lanterns with an oral arrangement we assembled at home.
If you could give one piece of advice to couples currently planning their wedding, what would it be?
Don’t over-plan, go with the flow, and add elements as you see them. Not everything needs to be down to pinpoint accuracy; it’s your special day, so make sure you don’t ruin yourself over the little things.
How did having us as your wedding planners make a difference in your experience?
Aided immensely in the planning process, allowing us to experience an event like this while we were both working long hours. Also gave us the chance to relax and enjoy the wedding day without any headaches!
What aspect of the wedding do you think your guests will remember the most?
The reception! In all phases, from food to ambiance and music, the reception exceeded even our highest expectations.
Looking back, is there anything you’d do differently, or was it everything you hoped for and more?
Absolutely everything we had hoped for and more. From the ceremony to the firework party, every little detail impressed us to the maximum.
